Reflection

AE 481/482 Reflection

This Penn State Senior Thesis provided an opportunity to utilize the tools and knowledge gained throughout the last 5 years in Architectural Engineering. In the first semester, the existing conditions and current methods of construction regarding the Entertainment and Sports Arena were analyzed. The semester concluded by developing a proposal focusing on 3 different analysis areas on the project and a critical industry topic. The spring semester then focused on performing these analyses and deciding whether or not they would benefit the project.

CPEP Reflection

The Capstone Project Electronic Portfolio (CPEP) site provided a location for all of the work and efforts put in to the project throughout the year to be displayed. It was an effective tool which helped in the development of  organizational skills as well as skills regarding web design.
